Called today worried about my eyes following a recent surgery complication. Since the operation my eyes have been blood shot and dull and do not look normal to me, I have been worried about pressure in my eyes. Linda who answered the phone was great, really helpful. Even though there were no appointment slots available she said that she will speak to the optician and call me back. Linda called me back as
promised and advise me that she had spoken with Karen the optician who has agreed to slot me in and check me over. Could not have asked for better service!!!

The service was so personal and caring and Karen the optician and Linda both went above and beyond my expectations for service. Would 100% recommended this opticians and it will now be where I go in the future.
